Chris’s professional positions are as follows: - Non-Executive Chairman of leading pensions provider, Curtis Banks plc - Director, Millfield School - Associate of the Institute of Continuing Professional Development He also holds advisory & consultancy roles in investment management.
Tony has over three decades of investment industry experience, including sixteen years at BlackRock, where he held various senior positions, latterly as a Managing Director and Head of their UK Retail business and Head of Retirement for EMEA. Tony is also chair of TISA (The Investing and Saving Alliance) and a regular speaker on various industry topics.
Andy is one of the firm’s founding partners, initially responsible for driving the firm’s distribution strategy. Before starting the firm, Andy was a director in equity derivatives business at Citigroup. He joined in 2005 to build out their Structures Product Business to UK asset managers. Prior to this, Andy worked in asset management for Axa Investment Management, Threadneedle and John Govett.
As Head of the European Securitised Equity Derivative and Secondary Market Trading teams at Citigroup between 2005 and 2008, Tom was responsible for a team trading all securitised derivative products on both primary and secondary markets. During this time of significant growth for derivatives markets, Tom was instrumental in establishing Citigroup as a leader in both primary market innovation and secondary market trading for the UK private placement market.
